The Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management (DPFEM) strives to create a safe, secure and resilient Tasmania through the delivery of quality policing and emergency management services. The Department comprises of:
- Tasmania Police
- The State Emergency Service (SES)
- Forensic Science Service Tasmania (FSST)
- The Tasmania Fire Service.
