Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award, General Stream Band 4.

Position Type

Permanent part-time day work (45.6 hours per fortnight).

Location

Housing Tasmania - Hobart.

Duties - As a member of Housing Services, Operational Policy Unit, participate in developing the policy framework for the Group, research and analysis, service development and performance measurement and reporting arrangements.

Desirable Requirements - Strategic, conceptual, analytical and creative skills including an ability to understand the political, social and organisational environment and identify relevant issues. Proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing at all levels, including the ability to undertake complex negotiations and resolve conflict. Ability to develop policy options, design programs, develop implementation guidelines, performance standards and performance measures in a service development context.
